Where It All Began

Food For Thought

When I was growing up, my mom loved to travel. Every school break my sisters and I had, she would pack us up and jet set off to everywhere and anywhere. We discovered the Caribbean islands, visited our home countries in the UK, and frolicked around Italy and France. Traveling was what opened up my palette to different tastes, smells and textures. I was a very picky eater when I was young. My sister Kendall is who I have to thank for bringing me outside of my comfort box. One day she somehow convinced me to try raw sushi for the first time. From that moment on, I was hooked on exploring the food world. My favorite dishes I’ve been fortunate enough to unearth include ostrich,  squidfoie grasquailcaviar and anything black truffle. My goal before I turn 25 is to eat at the World’s 50 Best. Along with traveling to the World’s 50 Best, I will seek out the best off-the-beaten-path meals and new foodie finds. I am excited to share my adventures with you and I hope you will enjoy following my journey.
